I love the series, but Chaos Rings II needs an update for current iOS.

To be blunt I absolutely loved this rpg series and this is one of my most favorite rpg series I ever played . I am very disappointed that they havent mad the game compatible with the new IOS update . After buying all 3 games , beating chaos rings 1 and chaos rings omega . Now Im stuck with chaos rings 2 that I recently paid for and havent even played the game yet because the app is not functional. App Store fix the game already ! Like come on , I didnt even play chaos rings 2 yet and its seems they are not doing anything about it . All I get is a black screen and music playing from this app.

This app has not been updated for over a year!! It doesnt work on the iPhone 6. Just goes to a black screen but you can hear the music. This is completely unacceptable, seeing as how much I paid for this game.

I have always really liked this game, as well as the previous one. I hadnt played in a while, and I decided to today; however, I cant. All I get is a black screen before it quickly closes. Im assuming thats because its not compatibility with the new iOS. Please fix!

They say that the problem is that the game wont load when playing on a phone or iPod on iOS 8, but thats not the case. The game can be opened and its actually possible to start a new game and play the beginning if you press the correct areas of the screen. However, the problem is that the screen stays black so you cant see what youre doing. Please fix this bug so that everyone whos already on iOS 8 can play. Theres no way to go back to a previous iOS, but it is possible to fix the game.

It takes them 3 months to update the game to even be playable after the iOS8 update and they put in no effort to even optimize this game for the iPhone 6 new display. Awful.

Its rediculous that companies like Square wait until the last minute to make their games optimized for the newest iPhones. This a reason I dont buy mobile games from developers like Square very often. Why give them money if theyre not gonna use some of the money to update their games to be optimized for the newest iPhones?

This game went on sale for the first time since last Christmas but I wasnt going to get it until it was updated to work on iOS 8.. And boom! Im playing it now! Thanks Squeenix! iCloud support is probably asking too much so Ill look for alternative options next time I set my phone up as new and want to add back my CR2 game save. Also.. You can take your time releasing CR3 now since I just started playing this one

They finally fixed it! Great game

Square-Enix development team is downright lazy. Its a shame in 2014 a company as big as SE cant be bothered to support widescreen displays. I regret buying this game. Was looking forward to enjoying this on the train but its getting deleted. Garbage. SE never supports their apps the way they should. Im done.

Finally has ios 8 support. I just hate that there is no widescreen support for the 6 and 6 plus. Hopefully chaos rings 3 will have this support

I have an iPod fourth gen and thought since Im at ios 6 this game would work. I was wrong. I have TWICE the amount of open space that this game claims to need. It will not download, no matter how much space I open up. Despite NEVER BEING ABLE TO DOWNLOAD I was still charged 7 dollars. Dont waste your money on this scam.

looks horrible on iPhone 6 plus and the controls release if you hover into the frame of the GUI. Its a very unprofessional fix for the latest iphone.

Im so satisfied with the purchase of this game. The story was nice and the characters were great but I personally feel more attached to the characters in the original Chaos Rings than the characters in the 2nd Chaos Rings. Definitely worth the money considering the amount of time put into playing the game! Keep up the great work!

Paid the regular price for this game for the iPhone 5S. Sadly, they just added a border for it to fit in the larger screen (compared to the iPhone 4S). Im still hoping for a decent update on this one. Hopefully before Chaos Rings 3 goes worldwide. The game is fantastic. A must buy for a JRPG fans out there. Feels like a mini-Final Fantasy. The best part youvan bring it wherever you are. Mobile devices for the win!
